สูตรสมุนไพร ต้านชรา ยับยั้งมะเร็ง ‘ตรีผลา’

เมื่อวันที่ 28 มีนาคม พญ.วิลาวัณย์ จึงประเสริฐ อธิบดีกรมพัฒนาการแพทย์แผนไทยและการแพทย์ทางเลือก เปิดเผยว่า จากการสำรวจสมุนไพรที่มีการจดแจ้งทะเบียนตำรับยาทั่วประเทศ พบว่ามีสมุนไพร 1,927 ตำรับ ที่มีสรรพคุณใช้ในการรักษาโรคมะเร็งทั้งมะเร็งเต้านม มะเร็งตับ มะเร็งปากมดลูกมะเร็งปอด จึงสั่งการให้คัดเลือกสมุนไพรที่มีสรรพคุณในการรักษามะเร็งทั้งหมดเพื่อแยก ออกเป็นกลุ่มๆ ว่าสามารถรักษาโรคมะเร็งชนิดใดได้บ้าง

จากนั้นจะมีการเชิญผู้รู้มาสังคายนาสมุนไพร เพื่อพิจารณาในส่วนของสมุนไพรแต่ละกลุ่มว่ามีสรรพคุณรักษามะเร็งได้จริงหรือ ไม่ โดยคาดว่าจะมีการเชิญผู้เชี่ยวชาญมาประชุมภายใน 1-2 เดือนนี้ ซึ่งจะเริ่มพิจารณาจากสมุนไพรที่ใช้รักษาโรคมะเร็งเต้านมก่อน เพราะจากการพิจารณาแล้วเห็นว่าเป็นกลุ่มที่ใช้สมุนไพรไม่ซับซ้อน และจะใช้ประโยชน์ได้ดี และเมื่อมีการพิจารณาสมุนไพรทุกกลุ่มเสร็จแล้ว ก็จะมีการพิจารณาว่ามีชนิดใดบ้างต้องขึ้นทะเบียนกับสำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหาร และยา (อย.) ต่อไป

พญ.วิลาวัณย์กล่าวอีกว่า ปัจจุบันการนำสมุนไพรมารักษาโรคมะเร็งเริ่มได้รับการยอมรับมากขึ้น ทางสถาบันมะเร็งแห่งชาติก็เริ่มเปิดใจ และยอมรับ ซึ่งทางกรมพัฒนาการแพทย์แผนไทยฯ ก็มีการส่งเสริมสมุนไพรที่ผ่านการวิจัยรับรองแล้วว่ามีสรรพคุณที่จะรักษา มะเร็งได้จริงด้วย ซึ่งในขณะนี้ก็กำลังส่งเสริมให้มีการดื่มน้ำตรีผลา เนื่องจากพบว่าเป็นสูตรสมุนไพรที่มีประโยชน์มาก โดยมีส่วนผสมจากสมุนไพร 3 ชนิด คือ มะขามป้อมสมอไทย และสมอพิเภก ซึ่งสรรพคุณของตรีผลานี้จะช่วยในการเสริมภูมิต้านทาน เหมาะสำหรับผู้ที่เป็นหวัดบ่อยๆ ทั้งยังมีสรรพคุณในการชะลอความชราด้วย ที่สำคัญยังพบว่าตรีผลา มีสรรพคุณในการยับยั้งและต้านเซลล์มะเร็งได้ รวมทั้งในกรณีที่หากเกิดเซลล์มะเร็งขึ้นมาแล้ว ยังมีผลทำให้เซลล์มะเร็งโตช้าอีกด้วย เรื่องนี้ยืนยันได้จากผลวิจัยทั้งของคณะเภสัชศาสตร์มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล และมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่

“สำหรับผู้ที่สนใจน้ำตรีผลาสามารถนำไปต้มดื่มเองได้ โดยตวงสมุนไพรทั้ง 3 ชนิดอัตราส่วน สมอพิเภก 100 กรัม สมอไทย 200 กรัม มะขามป้อม 400 กรัม จากนั้นนำสมุนไพรทั้ง 3 ชนิด ใส่หม้อผสมน้ำ 6 ลิตร ตั้งไฟต้มเดือด 30 นาที เติมน้ำตาลทราย 600 กรัมเกลือ 1 ช้อนชา หากเข้มข้นเกินไปให้เติมน้ำสุกเพิ่มได้ ปรุงรสชาติที่ชอบ กรองผ่านผ้ากรองหรือกระชอน ใส่ภาชนะ สำหรับเตรียมดื่ม ดื่มได้ทั้งร้อนและเย็น แทนเครื่องดื่มทั่วไปเช้า กลางวัน เย็น ซึ่งหากดื่มมากก็ไม่พบอันตรายใดๆ” อธิบดีกรมพัฒนาการแพทย์แผนไทยฯ กล่าว
